At The Stylista, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help with our return and refund policy.
Returns
- You may return an item within 14 days of receiving your order.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- To initiate a return, please contact us at info@thestylista.com.au with your order details.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Exchanges
- If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at info@thestylista.com.au.
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- Sale or clearance items.
- Gift cards and vouchers.
- Personal care items for hygiene reasons.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
